Age requirements?
Residents must be 21 years of age unless residing with a parent or legal guardian.
Utilities?
Alpha Mill connects, but residents pay for water and sewer. Residents connect, and pay for, electricity, telephone and cable.
Average power bills?
1 BR: $55-85, 2 BR: $75-100 year-round. Figures are approximate.
Laundry Facilities?
Talk with a member of our team about our apartment homes with washer/dryer connections or W/D rental. Washer/dryer provided in select units.
High-Speed Internet?
Cable and DSL available through BellSouth or Time Warner Cable.
Need to use a Copier, Fax, Computer w/ Internet?
Offered free as a resident service available in the Alpha Mill clubhouse.
Pets?
Yes.
Parking
Alpha Mill offers one space per resident, plus ample parking for guests.
